Convert Java interface into Flash

We need a Java interface converted to Flash.

We have an existing web-based (Java) interface for manipulating digital images in a browser and we want to convert it to Flash (preferably back-compatible to Flash 7), and integrate it into our webpage.

Our interface takes an input image from a different process, resizes it, and allows a web user to alter the image orientation and size in one panel that is instantly updated and composited with a stock image in a second panel, and then passes the manipulation data onto another process. The Java source and access to the working Java version will be available to guide the vendor in the conversion.

* Must have expertise in Java and Flash

* Must provide examples of Flash interfaces before selection
