Change 1 template and create another template in TYPO3 - repost

Hi there, I need someone with good knowledge of typo3 and templa voila to create two new templates for me. The two templates will be used ion the same website... It is the website of a larger business school - and they need on template modified fr en existing department - and a completely new template created for a new department. The first template will be a modified copy of an existing template - small job. The second template is all new - and it should be responsive There is quite a tight deadline - friday this week by the very latest... I have project descriptions ready for the right programmer. Anyone up for it? If you do not know typo3 really well, pls. do not respond as the deadline is really important. Best regards, SJ
