Write Swift code that SSE live streams JSON data

I just need a snippet of Swift code written for the following API in order to stream the LIVE data and make it available for my use in an app. You can just print the JSON dictionary to console whenever the data is updated and I will be able to take it from there.
The important thing here is that the data is being streamed and updates whenever there is a change on the server.
