My company Mark The House Buyer LLC. buys /wholesales single family residences in the Houston area. We have a method where we are able to located distressed properties that are off the market. We are looking for a company to assist us in. 1. Locating the owners or heirs of the properties we identify. (skip trace). 2. Contacting the owners as a representative of our company 3. Negotiating/Convincing the owner/heirs that we are the company they should sell their property to. 4. Promote the properties that we choose to wholesale via phone, text message and email to our buyers list. Also we are looking for someone that can promote our business via social media. facebook, twitter, snapchat ect.

Hi there! I used to do the same job for local investors in Houston area. I called home owners who have foreclosure and tax problems, or just simply want to sell their properties. I also have agents if you will be needing quite a few people to do this job.
