Help me with Marketing

We're in search of a young marketing star who has the ability to think outside the box and generate real revenue and brand recognition for the company. You'll get a marketing budget every week and you’ll make a marketing strategy to spend it and your challenge will be to spend it wisely and try to generate at least 2x return. Responsibilities. - Figure out how to spend given budget each week on marketing. If you are able to generate 2X return on your budget, we'll increase our budget every week. - Understand retail and customers - Have incredible marketing instincts - Love working and thinking outside the box - Understand social media and how to utilize it effectively - Taking care of Email marketing and content strategy. Requirements: - Be creative, that’s the most important thing - Be able to multi-task - Stellar verbal and written communication skills - A passion for what captures people's attention and gets people talking - Most importantly have Advertising/Marketing/Sales/Growth experience.
