We are looking to hire a part-time SEO specialist with a broad and integrative view in all aspects of digital marketing, including content, social media, and paid advertising; he/she must have a thorough understanding of digital media and branding as a whole and how it relates to the end user.

This is a long-term position! Applicants will first be asked to complete a series of assessment tests and put together a 30-day game plan with a thorough audit of the website to validate their experience, attention to detail and communication skills. I will likely hire multiple candidates for this phase to find the best professional. The chosen individual will be hired long-term.

The candidate must be constantly aware of any news in regards to SEO. He/she must be able to adapt current best practices and create sustainable results. One with a real “can-do” attitude, who thrives on finding solutions to obstacles and roadblocks that may pop up along the way.

The candidate must be able to write engaging and SEO-friendly content (or have reliable access to a pack of hungry writers at their disposal).

The candidate must identify and understand the role of all channels that impact SEO; he/she also should have deep understanding of how to translate relevant data, examine our successes and failures to determine the company’s next strategic move.
Question 7: What methods do you use to measure your results, and how do you know where those results are coming from?
