My name is Andres Jimenez and I have 4 years of experience working in call centers, I started for a company called Bilateral here in Barranquilla, Colombia we offer customer service and technical support for Tracfone Wireless, Net 10 Wireless And Straight Talk Wireless. I started like everyone else as an agent on the phone helping people to buy minutes and solving all the technical issues that they have for example in the case they lost signal or if they don’t able to get access through the internet we help them, a time after they transfer me to QA department where I had to listen a bulk of calls every day from agents and evaluate their job that they we´re following the script, knowledge of procedures to solve the issue presented by the customer I need to check that agents didn’t make any system errors at the end I need to make sure they do an excellent job, a while after they promoted me to supervisor I was in charge for a crew of 15 agents, I had to manage them, set up schedules, controlling lunch and break time so they don’t get over and helping my agents to solve any problem they have with the system or customers.
Now I’ve been working for around 8 months in a company which is called North Shore Call Center Or NCC selling natural gas and energy for deregulated states in the US, we sell for Indra energy, Agway Energy And IDT Energy plus that I got a second job at nights a home based one selling health insurance to people all over the 50 states in the US.
