Qualified facebook "likes" and twitter "followers" needed

I am looking for someone who can create facebook “likes” and twitter “followers”. !!!!! MUST BE TARGETED FOLLOWERS !!!!!! These likes must be targeted to the US and Canada for people that are interested in computer hardware and more specifically users facebook likes should be of the following: #Dell, #Hewlett-Packard, #Sun Microsystems, #Force10, #Cisco Systems, #Enterasys Networks, #3Com, #Juniper Networks, #Seagate Technology, #Nortel, #Lenovo, #Linksys, computer hardware engineer, it system manager, networking, proliant servers, servers, compaq, cisco systems, computer hardware networking, cisco switches or computer hardware. I DO NOT WANT: 1) Use of admin access 2) Bots or automated software 3) Fake accounts 4) White hat methods only 5) No followers with adult content or objectionable material are allowed 5) Accounts from users under the age of 23 6) Accounts must be very active w/ at least 50 friends Must be able to follow all requirements. I am looking for ~ 50/targeted likes per week and ~ 50/targeted Twitter followers per week. The budget is $0.05 per qualified like or follower. Each account will be checked manually and unqualified/untargeted followers will not be paid for. I'm looking for real fans delivered consistently that will interact with my pages. You will need to tell me how you will deliver these likes/followers. Payouts will be made at the end of each week.
