SEO Expert Required for Organic Search Ranking on Google - repost

Dear Sir/Madame, We are a Business Solutions provider to many corporations in North America. For many of our clients, we are responsible for their entire marketing programs, which include website and SEO. We have an immediate need to provide top ranking Organic search to an existing website (which can include a re-build of the website if absolutely required to achieve top results). We will supply the Keywords/Keyword phrases, Meta descriptions, Titles and all content. What we require is: 1) Some on-page SEO: - Proper set up and implementation on Google Webmaster and Analytics, optimized for SEO. - Proper file structure for the website, especially concerning H1, H2 and H3 structured format. 2) Off-Page SEO - link building, social bookmarking, etc. NOTE: MAX BID for this project is $200.00 per month We are looking for ONLY organic, white-hat SEO expertise. In addition, you must: 1) please provide your overall philosophy and approach to SEO. 2) do you prefer to be involved from the website design stage, in order to have a much more effective and successful SEO result? If do, please explain why and what your approach to this is. 3) Many so called SEO "experts" do not have results that show up on page one in Google.
