A Freelancer is required to assist in the operation a small online business, from 7:00PM until 9:00PM each evening, South Australia Time (GMT +9:30).
I am looking for a personal/virtual assistant that can take over on various tasks.
Ongoing work will be available for the right person.
I need someone that is self-sufficient who can undertake tasks independently without requiring hand-holding.
Duties will be varied may include the following;
• Writing/posting daily eBay listing and managing multiple eBay accounts
• Submitting listings on sales websites
• Blogging & Article writing for AdSense websites
• WordPress installs and management of data on the company’s web hosting (via control panel)
• Data entry of sales and expenses on MYOB
• Link building
• IM and email marketing
• Word Processing & typing up documents
• General administration tasks/ anything else that you can do for me to save me time
I do not expect the successful Freelancer to be an expert in all of these tasks (although experience would certainly be considered an advantage). The selected Freelancer must be a quick learner and willing to learn new things.
The successful Freelancer must be computer literate and have excellent English.
The successful Freelancer must be extremely reliable and be online each and every night. The Freelancer must have a reliable computer and internet connection, preferably with power backup.
A background in business or IT is preferred, but not essential.
The successful Freelancer must be available on IM & Skype at all times during working hours so that I can delegate tasks. After each day, the successful candidate must compile a list of tasks that they have competed so that I can monitor productivity. I will sometimes be online to provide instructions regarding work but sometimes I will not be online. The Freelancer must be able to work independently for two hours per day even when I am not available online.
Above all other criteria, I am seeking someone who can work independently, who is resourceful and who can save me time while offering good value for money.
The successful Freelancer will start work by managing my eBay listings for the various products that my company sells on eBay. These eBay listings will need to be done every night of the week or until the selling limits on the account/s are reached. When this is complete, the Freelancer will be required to list the items for sale on other buy and sell websites. Once all of these listings have been posted, the Freelancer will assist in creating an online store on the company’s hosting account as well as writing articles and content for various AdSense websites (topics will vary). These are just some of the duties that I require a personal assistant for and from time to time additional duties will be allocated.
The successful Freelance will be paid per hour at the rate agreed upon.
