Talented Fashion Designer with an Emphasis on sketching needed for an African print brand to be launched this year!!

I am launching an all African print brand this year, and cannot disclose the name of the brand due to confidentiality. I am looking for a fashion designer with an emphasis on talent in sketching all my concepts and bringing the brand to life. I have a lot of my own ideas and designs but I am open to giving you creative leeway as long as your concepts represent my main theme of what the brand portrays. I am looking for a designer who has in-depth knowledge on design and can create factory ready tech packs for each design. The tech pack will need to convey in fine detail the technical and design information. I would love to work with someone who's passion is primarily in the fashion industry with some experience working with brands. We will be working with lots of print (you will get to see samples of fabrics). However, you will not be required to make any prints, as fabric will be authentically coming from various African countries. I listed this as an ongoing project as I will be launching another brand for an all African print swimwear/lingerie after that. I will also be expanding and including a men's/children collection in the near future so there's lots of work to be done! If we can work well together, (must have excellent work ethic and be able to meet deadlines) then there is an array of possibilities for you. Compensation TBD. I also listed this as an entry level due to budget and prefer to work with someone fresh and new to the fashion field. This is a young, fresh. simple but intricate brand that is taking ethnic and making it applicable to the world.
