Current website converted to HTML5. - repost 2

I'm looking for my current website to be converted to HTML5. Request my site to be the same as it currently is just changing the current code to comply with HTML5 and w3 compliant. The only change is I wish for my social media buttons to be within the top header not on the left hand side. What's required. Covert current code to html 5 using semantic tags Covert to CSS3 as required Move all CSS to external files and link to html doc (no inline CSS) Move all JavaScript and Jquery to external files and link back Insert apple software icon code ( to display a icon on apple devices} insert media queries for mobile devices, tablet and desktop to make site fully responsive.(thinking mobile first upwards) Move social media icons to top of page, which are half hidden then once hovered over they lift up. Adding google + and Pinterest. Icons only. All code to be fully compliant/web standard Work on all web browsers up to IE9 those that do not work with CSS3 have another option maybe though modernizer Site runs using ekmpowershop hosting and must continue to fully work on this platform.
