Sorry, the last job i posted did not allow me to change the title and therefore, i was targeting the wrong group of developers. Anyways...... I am looking for someone with experience creating mobile applications (Android, iOS) using Delphi XE-5. Experience and cost are two factors i wll be looking at. See attachment for specifications. If you have the experience to complete this job, please send me a PM with the words - "I have the experience and can complete this job 100%!" This is a customized budget and therefore, you should bid carefully as I am looking at both experience and cost. If you have no expereince, do not expect for me to pay you high cost.
