Custom Raffle iPad App

We're looking for someone to create a customized raffle app for iPad to use at events that we exhibit at. The app will consist of two main features: Contest Form: Basic form to collect information (name, email, zip code) and will save data locally in iPad memory (no internet connection required) + confirmation page. Admin Tools: Create New Contest Manage Contest (Launch, Edit, Delete, View Data, Export & Select Winner) You should be familiar with the native iOS mail client as we will need that integrated into the app. This app will NOT be available to the general public through the iTunes store. Must speak English fluently.
