URL Parameter embed on Clickfunnels page

Note: We're looking for someone who's already done this job or is at least familiar adding custom codes to Clickfunnels pages. We're launching a paid ad campaign. We'll have a campaign created for each state in the USA. We'll add some url parameters in the url and we'd like the values to appear in titles and the body of our landing page which will be created in clickfunnels. For example, we may have the following url: [login to view URL] So on our clickfunnels landing page, we would see in the title something like... ABC [url parameter designation] Servicing the State of [URL parameter state] If they clicked the ad in the Oregon campaign and the ad was zoho resellers the url of the ad would be... [login to view URL] And the title on the page would say... ABC Reseller Servicing the State of Oregon. We could also embed the term "reseller" and "Oregon" on the body of the page if this is possible. Ideally, once you created the custom code, you would tell us what snippet of code we would need to add so the url parameter shows in specific pats of our pages. Let me know what's possible.
