The job is about helping new users and onboarding them. - onboarding new users on site - user support - responding to Zendesk tickets - general user support work Basic software development skills: js, htmls, css. plus point: php, python, etc. You need good internet connection. Is your English writing and speaking skill good for conversational english? - can talk comfortable English on Skype - Reliable internet > 2mbps download - reliable electricity Are you available from today?
