New Blockchain-based brokerage startup to launch an ICO - Need talented, skilled team mate

Hi, We propose to do following: - Use Ethereum Homestead and Ethereum blockchain - Create a crypto-currency brokerage coin with Ethereum - Launch Crowdsale/ICO [Use smart contract to close campaign when target funds are received] We need a talented team member (partner & stakeholder) to support this effort on technical front. Technical tasks include - Research existing tokens and previous ICO’s and create a technical framework to launch our ICO & Construct an Ethereum-based blockchain system - Have startup mentality to write high quality blockchain code - 2+ years of blockchain application development experience. - Previous involvement/exposure to ICO’s is needed. - Expert understanding of Ethereum and the inner workings of the EVM. - Experience with [login to view URL] - Ability (and a track record) to ship high quality, well crafted code running on Ethereum. - Strong unit testing culture. - Extensive experience working with cryptographic protocols (using GPG/PGP for data encryption) - Experience writing smart contracts and ERC20 Tokens - Experience contributing or managing open source projects (link to your github profile) - Ideal candidate has built and released distributed applications, has worked with the Ethereum and/or Bitcoin blockchain, and has experience with Solidity. - Experience with HTML, CSS & jQuery, AngularJS, .NET
