Create a plugin and excel bulk import

HI we did same kind of project for a election results website which import the election results from a spreadsheet and load to a table format so the results will be showing in the frontend pages by city and province. I think we can use most of that plugin here and customize according to your requirement , I think we need to create table for each upload? if the fields are same you can import multiple sheets to same table. we can load the data in custom page template by upload id and show all the results in a table view or any other form of view you like to display
