Build a roofing simulation and measuring tool

The tool must be built in ASP.NET and using an Microsoft SQL database On the First page, the user should be given the option to either simulate their roof, create a login or to log in. When an account is created we would like it to verify the phone number provided is accurate by sending the number a text message with a random number code which the user must enter to create the account. If they are already logged in, then they should be given the option to simulate their roof or to measure it instead. If the user chose the first option, then they must upload a roof picture of their own choosing, and then using a pen tool be able to highlight the roof on the picture. The user should also be able to set the perspective of the roof, much like the perspective warp in photoshop, in order to change the actual angle at which the roof is being displayed, so it looks like the roof is real and placed on the house. After seeing this simulation, the user should be able to either save the roof simulation if they are logged in, or prompted below to log in so they can save it later. If the user is already logged in, and has chosen the simulator option, then there should be a link at all times on the bottom to switch to the measurement section. The measurement portion of the site is the following. The user MUST be logged in to access this part. The user types in their address, and then can see a sky-view of their house/building. Once they are happy with the selection they see, a screenshot is taken of that map at a fixed height. This will ensure the measurement ratio remains constant. The user will then be able to use a line tool in order to measure the sides of the house, as well as trims, eaves, etc. Since the height is constant, the length of the roof should always be measured with the same scale. The sides should be able to be linked together to make squares for each section of the roof. Kind of like a pen tool in Photoshop. The user should be able to start with another panel's side too, if two parts of the roof share the same edge. The sides of the roof is the ONLY thing which actually needs to be measured by the system. Everything else can be measured based of the numbers gained from the line measurements, constants, and inputs from the user. For instance, the pitch factor will be input by the user. After all this is confirmed by the user, a pdf document will be generated based on the information, and will be downloadable by the user. If the user has done this process before, the user should have then option of picking one of the previous houses they've measured to view the stats, or measure a new one.
