Build a (holiday) camp registration system and an Online Store on existing website

Everything should be ideally integrated in existing website, (unless someone comes up with a better idea: 1) implement holiday camp registration plugin: Parents sign up with: Forename, Name, Forename (child), name (child), Birthdate, T-Shirt size (and easy add of extra information). easy export to excel. online payment option not needed for this one, but as an option for other things, maybe interesting. password option needed for some of the camps, which means: directly on the website. For example: Company ABC offers holiday camps for their children. I will inform Company ABC about the standard password, for example password ABC123 and then parents can sign up. Signing up should not be possible for non company staff. Plugin: I was thinking of Event Espresso 4 Decaf, but I am not sure if this is the right plugin for that. 2) online store (it is just a side business, so there are not so many products as with big stores) - implementing a good existing (free) wordpress plugin might be sufficient. 3) updating website/wordpress to the newest version (existing one is 3.4.2 I think) and making sure that everything works (still) fine. Improve layout of pictures (they are sometimes positioned differently on real website to when I put them somewhere in visual dashboard) and change or improve maybe some little website features. 4) eventually giving practicable tips helping to keep the website updated once in a while (effort for that and price needs to be discussed) FYI:the website was developed by a website developer, so it is not a standard wordpress template.
