WordPress theme needs tweaks to be a high converting site

I need a landing page for my app development company. The rest of the site needs to be in the same theme. The landing page aim is to get the viewer to enter their email address in the call to action section. So the home page is to have no other options (other than the site menu) than to enter the email address or the contact us at the bottom. Links to the blog and other pages will only be in the menu. I have found a WordPress template theme I like but it needs tweaking. I have not bought the theme yet so if you know of a better one that is a closer match to my needs please let me know. The theme in the attachment is SCRN II from Envato Market [login to view URL] I also liked 907 parallax. The site has to look PREMIUM so I'm drawn to the colour code of blacks and whites. I have a logo which I will post up soon. I have marked a screenshot of SCRN II for how I need the site to look. It needs: 1. Sales video 2. A call to action for email addresses. I'd also like the user to write in what business type/industry their business is in. So if you can make it so there is one text box for business type and when entered it brings up another for email that might make a nice yes ladder. 3. Area for brands worked with, currently just a headline and text which I want to keep for now until I have some brands to put in that place. 4. An area for different business types we develop apps for. There needs to be an image and headline text for the business type, then some text and a read more link/button. When pressed it should auto-fill the business type field with that business type and prompt the user to enter their email address in the call to action at the top. 5. Then an area for some extensive sales copy. I'll want to list the feature and benefits of our apps. I have 20 reasons why apps can help so some kind of dynamic/animated list with plenty of room for text would be good. 6. I like the process section so that can be kept in in it's place 7. The "interested" "say hi" sections are fine, I like those 8. Keep the about us section. Some themes show animated stats which are good and I would like that some day so the option to have it would be good. I have no stats to show right now so I can't have this feature right now. 9. Meet the team section is good but I would like the option to see what the site looks like with and without it. 10. I want a blog on the site but not on the home page. I want the blog to be on a different page via the menu. The home page has the aim of getting the user to enter their email address so the less links to click on the better. 11. I need a section for testimonials. 12. I need a clear contact form at the end. The one in the SCRN II is fine. Any questions please ask.
