We need a 300px X 250px banner made that will read from an XML or JSON file located on another server. We use Google Web Design and Adobe Animate in-house and we will traffic our ads in DFP. We need to be able to import this into GWD or Animate so we can see how it works. We do not need a special design in the banner. We just need a HEADLINE box that will read from the JSON or XML file, each time it loads. You can create your own JSON or XML file for the test. We also need another button that clicks to any url. We expect a zip file that will include all the HTML5 elements within.
