we are building a 3d sla printer, it will come as a set with an electroplater, so a girl can print a ring for her friend with resin (abs-like) and then electroplate: copper>nickel>gold in 3 steps.

the products will be advertised on kickstarter, this campaign will need films and animations and pics to show the possibilities, do films in slow/fast motion, animations could simplify showing the process.

customers must be able to buy the machine and consumables (ca 10 products) and buy as returning customers on a simple (word press?) -style page with paypal intergration

we don’t like a forum, but faq is very important, we would need to be able to include q&a constantly, so the clients learn how it works, and we learn about their problems...

we are mechanical/electrical engineers, web sites are not our home turf. we like films, explaining the printing process.

so I hope you can image what we need, you already got the links to formlabs and pirates, we like those sites, just to give you a hint.

we need the best site possible, we are not the first man on the moon, so we need to struggle / offer more than the guys before us. our machines do. our web site also needs to show that professionalism and impress at first sight.
