In need to build a website that will allow customers to create listings and remove them at their convenience. Something like Craigslist but we will charge for our services. It will allow the customer to create a listing of what needs to be done, and will allow the vendor to bid on the services they'll provide. Customer & Vendor contact information will need to be blocked until the customer accepts the bidder of their choice, then contact information will be released to both parties, where we will charge a fee for to both for connecting the 2 parties together. Will need to have live search, multiple search options, payment options, both parties can ask questions and give answers, will also need for any contact information that's provided through our private messaging system be blocked instantly in the case that either customer or vendor decide that they want to skip our fees and do business outside of the website. Please advise. Thank you!! I'm open to pay as long as it's professionally done and works flawlessly. So I will pick any option from the budget menu to start. We can discuss pay in full detail..... Will also need for website to be regularly maintained & no downtime. Will be looking to hire someone for ongoing work for this project.....
