Web Designer Needed for Webpage Design (with potential for entire web + mobile application ongoing)

We have wireframes for a web application, which is a new kind of dating site for polyamorous dating. We need a good graphic designer to make it beautiful. We have a logo mostly figured out, but we have not yet developed any brand guidelines. We are looking for someone first off to design a great landing page, for which wireframes will be provided. The design of this page will form the basis for the branding of the web/mobile application as a whole. Great work on this page will lead to more work designing the rest of the application. We're going to do web, iOS, and Android apps. We are very creativity-focused. We want our app to look and feel fresh, modern, and different. We will evaluate the concepts you provide based on the following process: 1) We need to see the "wow factor" - all our work has to be creative and completely unique and breathtaking. 2) We will make sure that all the relevant functionality from the wireframes is present and properly explored (mouseovers, actions and their results, animations, etc.) 3) We will test concepts and designs with potential customers in our market. They have the final word. If they don't like it, it's a no-go, end of story. So show us your most beautiful and creative work, and hopefully we'll see something we like!
