Frontend
Button for selecting language (first version will be in italian and english)
Questionnaires and the form with datas has required fields and the system will control that datas are correct. For example in the “email” field it must be the email.

Questionnaire must be in 4 steps, further the questions we must insert a map and some links
At the end of the form will appear a thanksgiving message and the system will send more emails to the admin
Pages will be accessible also from blind people and disabled
Backend
Login: user and password for entering the profile
Change/recover Password
Exportation Form
Export the form (like “incorporate” on Google Maps) for insert it in a Joomla or Wordpress page or text editor

Export the questionnaire on other sites
Before exportation, you can select the CSS (template colors), insert a Logo, site name and select the e-mail that will receive the questionnaire results.
Export function can be done only form Staff.
Visualize the questionnaires:
One admin page contains the questionnaires list :
We will be able to consult, edit and delete them
Know from which site it had compiled
Insert a “Note” filed inside them
Search questionnaire by: name, surname, phone number, email…
