Restaurant Finder

The project is to build a website exactly similar to how [login to view URL] works (please take a look at this website if you are not familiar. The requirements are: • After choosing a category (Asian, Italian…. Or pizza, Indian, Turkish, burger etc.) the user provides the postcode or town/city. • The site will then look into a database and list all the nearest restaurants according to distance and a brief of the type of food they offer. Each restaurant listed will be clickable and the link will then take the user to the restaurant details page. The details will include the address, e-mail, phone and a form for Request to Book form. The form will ask for the customer’s Name, Phone No, Email and then a text area for typing the booking request with the date and time and click Send. • Once the user clicks Send, an email (pulled up from the Restaurant table of the database) will automatically be sent to the responsible person in the restaurant with the customer’s email address (pulled up from the Customer table). • The restaurant will then email back to the customer either confirming the request or offering another date/time. • A record of this will be recorded in the Transaction table. • The site must be simple but attractive and user friendly. • All code must be very well commented and a documentation of all the analysis, design, implementation and testing must be produced. • Ideally, the site will be responsive. I don’t have enough time to learn Google Location API etc. Please let me know if you can do it and if yes, what sort of cost/timeline is it going to take?
