We buy products from a paper catalog. Around 1500 products. When I order them, I have type it out on google sheets, then email it to our supplier for fulfillment. I want to simply this process somehow. Here's what I'm thinking - I basically need what a "normal store" offers --- but to be clear I do NOT want a store, nor will money in any way be processed through this order form - - I need to be able to order the product and it generates into a tidy list that's organized by product number that I can then send in to the company. Very important that it saves, as I'm constantly adding product to the order to submit later. My frustrations with my current process: I hate / don't know google sheets. I'm constantly moving stuff on accident. I have to type it all out manually. Because the products have item numbers, they are out of order - i want to keep everything in order by number / series / product. Basically i want it simple - find the item on the list - add however many I want, press a button and it adds it to another sheet (or something) that adds up prices and everything. I know I can type all these up on sheets and add quantity and send it - but I'm not always ordering all 1500 products, often only 100. I need something that takes the items I order and generates a ... "shopping cart" list -- a LIST is what I need, of these items, all ready to go to submit. Can google sheets do this? Can excel? Would a website set up be better? Whatever's cheapest and easiest. This would only be a list (one that I could hopefully add additional stuff when/if needed). No pictures needed. A simple form I imagine.. I just don't know how to do this myself. Can you help with this? Talk to me : )
