Migrate Community Site to new WP theme and customize

Migrate existing site to a new Premium WP Theme (to be customized) and using Budypress and premium membership pro. TIME 2 WEEKS (10 working days) MAX BUDGET 180 USD COMMUNITY SITE - 4 different user roles and 2 levels (free and premium). Each one of the 4 roles can upgrade to premium via payment gateway. Role 1 - Role 1 Pro Role2 – Role 2 Pro Role 3 – Role 3 Prp Role 4 – Role 4 Pro - Different content/functionalities restriction depending on the user role and the level (restriction rules to be implemented using premium membership pro, i.e private message only available for premium users, differents fees by user role, etc) FUNCTIONALITIES The main functionalities of the site will be: - Private message system between the members - Classifieds ads section (The plugin used needs to be compatible with Buddypress) - Real time notifications - Save as favorite/follow members - Reporting user (bottom to send an email to the admin in case they want to report an user for scam) - Payment gateway with Paypal INFO TO MIGRATE Migrate all information from the existing site to the NEW site • Blog Posts: All the Blog post (text, images, SEO info - title, description) need to be migrated from the old to the new site. • Members DataBase: All the user information (including pictures) need to be transferred from the old site (based on Ultimate Member plugin) to the new site (based on BuddyPress plug in) • Other internal pages TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS - Premium WP Theme: aardvark - Classified ads plugin integrated in budypress and paypal gateway - Improve design of homepage and classified ads section, ensuring a professional design in all the URLs (same colors, font stiles, bottom formats, etc.) - SEO optimized • Heading structure (H1, H2, H3, …) • Alt images • Images size optimized - Page speed above 90 (desktop and mobile) - No HTML error (W3C validation [login to view URL]) - Ensure redirection from Http to Https for all the URLs - Design responsive (mobile optimized) of all the URL - Design and test needs to be done in the developer server before migrate to my server Please if interested ask for a document with all the detail about the project
