Make me a kick-ass homepage redesign!

We need a highly skilled and creative person to re-design our homepage on Joomla. We have a theme throughout the website with flat images and a certain style so we would like to continue that of course since this is not a full site redesign. We want to keep in mind our core products and lay them out properly, efficiently and easy for customers to understand and navigate. We are a Hosted communications company and have a few main services such as; Phone Lines (sip trunks, encrypted, phone numbers in 60 countries) Hosted Phone System (voice,video,efax) Hosted Call Center You can also build voice and video apps, use webhooks and develop.
