House plan designer for a single storey house on slab foundation must have a front porch across the front of the house and the back of the house straight roof, one bedroom size 18'x16' with master bathroom with walkin tile shower at least 5' to 6' with seat in shower. Extra large walk-in closet for master bedroom. Need a safe room built the size of a bedroom 13"x12'. A office with windows 10'x16' Open living room, dining and kitchen with a large island. Uitilty room for washer and dryer and cleaning products, plus large pantry with ref and freezer and lots of shelves for storage and 1/2 bath. Room that is about a 5'x5'. Large 2 car garage. Must have large windows on the back side of the house to look at the view. Prefer living room on the backside of the house to look out at the view. Bedroom must be on the end of the house where the sunrise will shine in the bedroom in the morning.
