Hey there, I'm looking for a virtual assistant that wants to work part-time with me for several months with the added possibility of working multiple years into the future. I need a virtual assistant that can read, speak, and write fluent English, and someone that is a quick learner. A lot of my tasks will be uploading t-shirt designs and modifying them slightly to fit the general frame. I prefer someone from the Philippines that can speak and write English. I read this VA job description. Dear Sir/Madam: Please consider me as an applicant for this position. I completed four years of college education with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I was a customer service representative to a US based mobile company for 5 years and had enough experience dealing with people over the phone and e-mails. I can also give you my excellent typing skills and accuracy since I’ve been a data entry specialist for almost 2 years and my average typing speed is 70wpm. In addition, I was also an eBay lister and a virtual assistant to a different freelancing platform and it went well. I read this VA job description I have years of experience as an Assistant and enjoy the variety of work the job brings each day. I am an articulate communicator who understands the different communication styles required when working with colleagues and clients. I also have a great attention to detail. Previous duties have required high attention to detail, including sales reconciliation, telephone handling, emailing, and appointment setting. I am flexible. My job as an assistant and a customer service requires me to be flexible may it be overtime and holidays to check and make sure I can attend to clients’ queries. Other skills are as follows: Manage invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, e-commerce posting – account handling like Amazon and eBay, article writing, email management - Google, LinkedIn and similar, reporting thru Microsoft Accounts. My past experiences will influence the decisions I will make in every project because I know how important it is to be efficient, reliable, hardworking, and to give satisfaction to the client because it is not only for the company's progress but to me as well.
