Graphic Design Work

I am looking for a graphic designer for ongoing work and I will pay by the piece or by the hour. I will want fiinal product in PDF and HTML. This first project is to update a flyer we already use which is attached (most updating is on page 2). I have attached a Word document with many ranking updates but it would be helpful if you could find even more recent information. I do not want anything on the flyer that is more than one year old. You will also design an email newsletter every other week. I need someone who will do some of the research and that I can send an idea and you can take it from there. Good communication is key and I need someone who will take my idea and then be creative. You may need to look up event dates, locations, times, etc. I will always give you resources and always be available for clarification.
