GRAPHIC UX DESIGN FOR MOBILE APP

I have a need for a graphic/UI/UX or any other kind of designer to design 6 screens of hybrid mobile app. App is hybrid between database search of sport players and whatsapp (messaging service). 1. Screen is login screen, 2. is search screen with 12 filters, 3. screen is search results screen with preview of profiles which have met search criteria, 4. screen is full profile of one player with some informations missing (before contacting it), 5th screen is EULA screen between viewing profile with some informations missing and contacting this player, 6th screen is whatsapp like communication and 7th screen is contract offer form. This is just for you to get the idea what I am looking for, additional data will be provided later. - Deliverables should be in psd file format compatible with Photoshop CS5 and exported to jpeg - Resolution should be: 1080x1920 pixels. - All screen ui components should be in separate layers, and easy to extract. - Additional image resources can also be included separately (e.g. background image, etc.). - Also all art work should be your of your own creation or you have the right to re-distribute them, otherwise I'll not be able to accept it. - Creative work will be rewarded. Experience with photoshop and mobile apps design is required for this simple project. If you can provide evidence for previous similar experience that will be an advantage.
