The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the design and management of all internal and external company creative needs, including but not limited to: print mail materials, website and product design, corporate collateral and branding, social media graphics, campaign and event creative and competitive brand research. This position will report directly to the Creative Director, and will work closely with the entire marketing team in creative conceptual and strategic planning.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate an ability to hold their own in a high-paced, hands-on business environment. They must be proactive in managing their own assigned tasks and responsibilities while also actively communicating and collaborating with the marketing team as a whole. We are seeking someone with the confidence to be assertive and the passion to sell their ideas, but who is also not afraid to get their hands dirty on smaller projects and immediate daily creative needs.
Design and production of digital and printed marketing and sales materials including direct mail, email templates, social media creative, digital media display advertising, corporate and internal marketing collateral.
Website design across multiple brand entities. Incorporating analytical performance data as it relates to how different creatives are performing, and optimizing based upon such results.
Logo and style guide creation across an ever-expanding array of brand entities
Research of relevant advertising trends in the market, and generation of new and original visual campaign executions that are both exciting and creatively ahead of the competition.
