1-3 Freelance Designers Wanted: Women’s and girl’s streetwear
Are you a forward-thinking fashion designer with an eye for women’s streetwear? Do you thrive in the creative process and draw inspiration from industry-leading brands? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your talent and possibly join our team.
The purpose of this project is an initial paid test to find designers that can do ongoing work on our future clothing ranges. We are hiring for 1-3 contracted designers to design up to 6 ranges per year (2 ranges per year for each of our 3 in-house brands).
Project Brief
We're seeking a freelance designer to research and draft concepts for our Winter '24 women’s collection. You will need to design a range of 5 clothing items, taking into consideration the latest fashion trends and market demands.
What We Offer
We expect to take 1-2 days of work (8-15 hours). Please provide a quote for this time
If you expect to be unable to complete research and design for five items in this budget, please tell us before agreeing as this is a test with a fixed budget.
Past ranges for inspiration, a ‘shopping list’ and a staff member to reach out to with any questions.
Your Deliverables
5 designs for established women’s streetwear clothing
A 1 page research report outlining the inspirations behind your designs, including specific influencers, websites, and brands that played a key role in your creative process. This should include both inspiration imagery/items and text
A quote for the potential future design of similar larger ranges with research report, 10 clothing units.
[Not required by highly encouraged] Midjourney design variants. Using the blend and URL alteration functions in midjourey, provide variants on your designs. If you can provide this it will be a significant improvement to the likelihood we ask you to continue with more ongoing design work
