Designs for Personalized Papel Picado Wedding Banners

My fiance and I are getting married this summer and would need a bit of help in designing images that we'd like to use for various functions in our wedding. We like the Mexican tradition of papel picado and want to design a few papel picado banners that are personalized with our names and our wedding date.
We were working with a graphic designer who dropped out on the last minute and we're now left to find someone who could create digital files (eg. in jpg or png format) of roughly the same ideas we developed with the graphic designer earlier. I am pasting below the images of the kind of designs we wanted to create and listing them in detail below:
1) Design with names, wedding date, and swallows: Add in our names Julia and John and our wedding date 11.1.1111. (I will share the actual names and date with you when we proceed to work on the project together.)
2) Design with "amor eterno": Keep this Spanish version and make another with the Finnish language version "ikuinen rakkaus" and English "eternal love". So this design would repeat otherwise, but have three language versions.

Designs 1-4 will be cut out of the actual papel picado, and so they must be designed so that the images and letters will appear as perforations in the paper.
Design 5 will be printed, so you don't have to worry about perforations.
