Hi I am looking for designing fixed menu like buttons with icons on left side center of page for my website [login to view URL], These button will serve to tell user when new message arrives and to launch concerned page on click. There shall be two mode of icons, i.e. When there is no message - grayed or dim colored icon to be used When there is new message or many messages - bright icon to be shown For detail please see Attached file.
