Designer needed to clean up an existing image.

Hi All, I've been overwhelmed with offers and it's taking me a long time to get through all the excellent work. I want to ask a question of you all. Do you think we should change the logo? The existing one is simple (actually I'd like it more simple - remove the rivets, rotate it so it's straight, and have a version that has no writing at all other than "TAP". I'd like to stick with the gold at least, but aside from that I'm looking for creativity and something that people can recognise (please bear in mind that the people seeing this are Thai, so English language is largely redundant, but 'TAP' they can read without issue). We have foreighner customers too, and 'TAP' is part of the company name so that's the only real stipulation. If you think it should be the same then that's fine also. We've recovered the company from a previous manager even though I paid 100% so the branding has taken a lot of damage, and really need a new image to signify that we're no longer the same team. We have competition in the area that has 100-200 customers per evening while we're down to about perhaps 5 (it used to be a lot better before the last years manager). With that in mind, aside from design/image skills, I'd like people to consider that and how we could rebrand without changing the 'TAP' 3 letters themselves. (most important one) create a new design that incorporates the essence of the logo to go on a credit card sized plastic crypto card (both sides). We have a business card that could be a starting point, but looking for something a little more creative. Please give estimates of both vectorising and card design, or rate per hour or suggest another metric you'd prefer to work with.
