Design x 4 Shop Front Decals, x 2 Cartoon Character and x 2 Shop front Signage

Hi Guys, We are a UK based Car Finance Broker who help people to obtain car finance via a panel of our specialist lenders/Banks who cater primarily for people with Bad credit profiles due to arrears or other issues on their credit profile. We have recently moved to new premises and so we need someone to design the print ready files to scale for us to give to our signage company who will make our signage and window decals. The idea is that we attract passing motorists to apply for finance with us and this is the message the decals will represent. In order to draw attention to our decals and signage above the shop we would like someone to design us a company mascot/cartoon character in our company colour scheme loosely based around money/car buying/lending money to buy a car. The cartoon character will be called "Opti-Man" and is a play on the trading name of our company Optimum Funding. We have done a very rough drawing of an idea of how we would like things laid out but need a professional to change the font, sizing layout as they see fit.
