We are looking for experienced UX designer for a ITSM product. UX design should be based on open standards, various actors involved in using this product and functionality will be detailed. What we are looking for is a designer who has experience in UX for enterprise products. As a reference designer can have a quick look at ITIL V3.0 specifications - as our product is certified and it is based on specs given by ITILV3.0 and COBIT. We are looking for people who can think deeply and create a clean and very intuitive user experience. You will be selected based on the questions you ask - which reflect your depth and experience and relevance to ITSM and ITOM space.
