Design an eye pleasing landing page that will convert visitors to customers

Hello Freelancers! I would like someone to design a landing page for me, I am looking for someone who is passionate about elegant creativity and a perfectionist. We have hundreds of visitors visiting our website each month but not many are converted to customers. I blame the landing page for that, I don't think that my current landing page is transparent enough about our process, and lacks essential creative elements that pleases the visitor and does not gives information about our services. In a nutshell, we want to create the element of trust with our visitors and the landing page must represent our vision/mission along with our services.
