Design and Customise a word Press theme for social dating

Only serious freelancers please!! I purchased a WP dating theme and would require the following customisation. [login to view URL] The theme itself has nice features, I will like it to be customised to look like [login to view URL] " I lay a strong emphasis of the Mobile version look". The look (color and design) should slightly change. If possible I would prefer close design to [login to view URL] Additional features to be included in the theme - To have video chat function ( restricted for membership) - Acct verification with ID,Utility bill process for certain membership (like freelancer,skrill etc this comes up with a page asking user to verify by snapping their documents) - User to User Invoicing ( for escort service) - Statistics / BI for the escort service transaction - Mobile version look to work all smartphone (Android and IOS) - Commision based on transaction set by admin - Rating/like function for escort membership Furthermore a customisation of placeholder payment for escort service is required. Below is my short description of the customization of user to user invoicing. If a service seeker (SS) is interested in a service provider (SP) he should let her know about that via Chat/Message. If SP wishes to offer the service she will need to click "Send Invoice" either on the SS profile or on chat conversation box. This will open an Invoice form for the SP to fill in: Title of the service: (which would be defined by admin as a droplist) Description: Start Date/Time: End Date/Time: Price: Click Send. The invoice will be sent to the SS as a Message (chat conversation notice + external email notification) with a link to the invoice page. The Invoice page will contain the service details and two buttons at the bottom: Decline (the SP will get a notification) and Pay Now. If a payment goes through the SS will see a Congratulations page with a unique (generated by the software) code. The code should be copied and given to the SP when they meet. The SS will activate the code on her profile (on the Invoice page) and automatically receive funds from site/admin's billing account to her own. Please only serious bidders. Job should start ASAP I will appreciate if freelancers will read the Job description very well before giving up offers. Please stop asking questions like whats your budget.
