Create new posting forms in an existing site

I reposted because I had to edit project. The website [login to view URL] is currently running under wordpress as a freelancing website, however I want to convert it to be for Transport jobs. Furthermore, the theme has an issue with uploading of users image on profile. The work is to redesign the job application forms to match with transport demands. The transport forms will be like that of www.uship.com. Basically I want the following Categories of Job input (the forms & fields with its criteria will be created along with icons) to be REMOVALS | VEHICLES AND BOAT TRANSPORT| CARGO, CONTAINERS TLD UND COMPLETE LOADING| HEAVY TRANSPORT. The work flow for the Job input should be as that of uship. The following features should be considered : Please check [login to view URL] as reference (the theme already has almost all the features) 1. Job request forms converted into Transport request forms with different categories. Please note different categories have different fields. 2. The category Removals transport should be calculated in cbm (lengthxwidthxheight) after customers input (that means each item placed here will already be calculated in cubic meter at the back end. I will provide the default measurement of each item) 3. Integration of google Map API + route calculation + Location pining on jobs just like in uship. When users add in locations for pickup and drop off of goods, the route is automatically calculated and displayed in map. 4. Edit email templates 5. Fix profile image error.
