Create an alternative community self-help website

Please read carefully. Hello! My name is Ines, I am a 20 year old female design student living in London. As part of one of my projects, I am looking to build a website that allows self-help for people with mental health issues. This website focuses around the idea of a 'Coping Library' - a way to share your personal method of coping with other people around you so that other people can use the methods to help themselves. it needs a clean and simple layout that is welcoming and friendly. This page will have four main sections: 1. GLOSSARY An alphabetical glossary page, with a range of mental illness terms and definitions. 2. DISCUSSION A forums page, where people can discuss their current situations in real time. people should be able to log in to post, but maybe the option of anonymity would be nice too, as these are sensitive topics. 3. QUICK LINKS a simple 'quick links' page, with links going out to other help sites and places of information. 4. COPES similar to a blog, but to be added to by anyone - I wanted a system where anyone could 'submit' a post, preferably being able to include pictures too. People can then search for different blog posts, and comment on them too. this will allow people to add their coping methods. It would probably be worthwhile if they can 'hashtag' their posts. I think it's also important that i stress to you that the site doesn't have experts- it's run 'by normal people for normal people', so that people can share their experiences. there aren't any experts, and it's not for scientific medical advice. it's not a business, we're not trying to get customers, there's no profit - it's just to help people. It's a bit of a rush job so the sooner it can be done the better. I also require a freelancer who has good English so we can communicate easily. Happy to give my Skype to discuss further details.
