Build me a website

I want a website that will enable users to: 1. Create Event - e.g. A user can express interest saying I want to go to so and so club on Saturday. All other users can simply have a look at other users interest and latch on with them. 2. As soon as 2 or more people get latched on there is a chat room that opens up where they can plan their event together. 3. The event can be Like - Going out for a saturday Party to a club etc, Planning a weekend getaway, Full Swing tour plan to a Holiday Destination etc. 4. The users be able to see who sees his own events - Like the whole community can see and latch on or only his Facebook users can see and latch on etc. 5. The Website will be able to sign up users, connect their social profiles, Invite users, Add events, Destinations etc. 6. Create chat room for the event and let 2 or more people know each other and plant their event together. Modules A) Registration - Details, OTP and Use of social media to sign up. Gather all user info. B) Social Media Engagement - Use technology to provoke users to share their experience of the platform and events to their social network via social media. C) Chat Room - As soon as 2 or more people get latched on give them a chatroom to interact get introduced and plan their event. D) Settings - User Settings allowing or disallowing users to see events - e.g. Me and my father are facebook friends. I want to go to a club and want to latch on with my facebook friends to create a group of people but don't want my father to view r latch on to me. E) User Profile - The users can get verified by OTP on Mobile and Mail, A Display Picture and some more casual pictures, uploaded or through social media, Name, Location(City, Country), Gender , Age, One Liner Introduction - Like a status or something, LIKES : for e.g. what the user like clubbing, partying, travelling etc. F) Events - Parties, Holiday Destinations, Clubbing, Week End Getaways, Spiritual Tours etc - A master where the admin and the users both can add these things. Features 1) Ability to find user location. 2) Ability to suggest users to get latch on Request. 3) Ability to recommend events near me. 4) Ability to find and invite user's social network connections to join the community at every possible stage. 5) Ability to share every event, latch on and over all experience on Social media. 6) Ability to report Spam Users and spam content.
