- I require a listing website to be created. - Listings must be searchable using multiple select menus on the homepage & search page. - Website must contain a paid membership. - The website will updated daily with new properties for sale and each listing will require the upload of 5-10 downloadable docx/pdf files as well as reservation form that can be filled in online. For this reason, it must be easy for me to create new/delete old listings & pages to accommodate this. - On sign up, the user must be required to e-sign a NDA form & non circumvent form, as well as fill in payment/paypal details. - Listings must be limited view until signed in. - I must have full control over the website and require instructions on how to create a new listing & page & upload the downloadable documents & upload the reservation form to the link to reserve. Please copy and paste the description and confirm you can complete each separate part. Attached is a rough idea of planned layouts. I also already own the domain & hosting & [login to view URL] site.
