Build a mobile ready landing page

I need an expert html coder to put together a simple landing page. Must look flawless in all browsers. Must be mobile ready in all mobile phones. The landing page is a "2-step popup" optin form. (i.e. user clicks on download button and up pops the actual optin box.) I've attached the landing page mock up. I'd like the landing page to look exactly like the mockup. I'd like the same fonts used, the same spacing, the exact same design. I've also attached the ebook cover and the background image. If you do well on this one, I have about 7 more to do. This small project is just a test to see how well you can put together the landing page. I will pay $30 for this project.
