Build a Joomla Website based on Template

The existing website of [login to view URL] needs to be completely redesigned and implemented in Joomla, based on the JM Guesthouse template. An initial customer-approved design can be found on [login to view URL] (only home page is 75% customer-approved). The new website will highlight the 3 main concepts of the business: eco lodging, restaurant, events. In general the business is evolving more and more into an eco project, with eco-lodging, a small animal farm on-site, recently installed solar panels, independence off the grid for water and electricity. The business wants to tap into the eco wave by highlighting its involvement in eco-sustainability. This needs to be highlighted on Home, and detailed on a dedicated web page. The eco lodging section should be one or more dedicated pages, with the ability to request a reservation for each of the different accommodations. We don't need a booking system and an availability calendar yet, but chances are that functionality will be added later. Each accommodation needs to be presented in an attractive manner with text and pictures. The restaurant portion of the business should have its dedicated page with a short description and lots of pictures, with easy ability to modify them. A restaurant reservation request form should be integrated in this page. The business is perfectly suited for events, including caribbean weddings, family reunions and other gatherings, where both the restaurant and rustic accommodations can be offered. This is a new business venture that will be marketed, thus it needs its own dedicated page, directly accessed from Home. A dedicated page about on cliff jumping, linked to from Home, will contain pictures and videos. This page should have an envigorating look... the jump is an adrenaline-rush activity. A dedicated section about activities in the area should be created, linked to from Home. The presentation of this page (or pages) should be well-structured, engaging and enticing. All activities will need several pictures, but I am not sure how to present that. The home page will have a testimonials section (rotating), that is easily maintained in the back-end. The business is well-presented on major travel sites, including TripAdvisor and LonelyPlanet, and accommodation is also offered via partner sites such as Airbnb and [login to view URL] (more will be added). You should have proven web/graphic design skills, as well as proven Joomla/PHP skills so you can write custom Joomla modules if needed. You will work closely with me (project manager, content provider, web developer) and a high availability is required (email, chat, Skype), taking into consideration my availability between 10:00am and 3:00am GMT -4. You will work on the cloudaccess platform, where the demo site is currently set up.
