I need designs

I'm working on setting up a print on demand store to tap into the passion people have around small government political leanings. I'm looking to have a number of designs (10) to start out with for this project. In addition to looking to the designer for creative work I have a number of concepts in mind as well which I'll provide hand-sketches of. I'm OK if some of the designs are variations on a similar theme; all designs don't need to be completely unique...although that would be interesting. I've provided one concept as an attached filed to this post - this is a guide only and don't necessarily want all (any?) of the designs to look exactly like it...I suspect a decent artist could do something much better than I did! I'd like my store URL incorporated into the designs. As a work product I'm seeking .PNG files of the final designs that are ready to provide to a print on demand service, as well as the original design files in .PSD or .XCF format to adapt the designs as needed. In terms of timing, sooner is better, but I'd rather get good designs than fast ones. We'll go over additional details once we've decided to work together.
